TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and using Credence Jiu-Jitsu Academy's facilities, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2.1 Registration: Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 2.2 Membership Plans: Membership plans are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Classes per week limits apply based on your selected plan. 2.3 Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

3.1 Reservations: Class bookings must be made through our online system. Walk-ins are subject to availability. 3.2 Cancellations: Members must cancel class bookings at least 4 hours in advance to avoid penalties. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class credits.

4.1 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and manual payments verified via WhatsApp. Payment must be confirmed before membership activation. 4.2 Late Payments: Membership access will be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. 4.3 Currency: All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.1 Respect: All members must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated. 5.2 Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions. Inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions before training. 5.3 Hygiene: Maintain proper hygiene including clean gi/uniform and trimmed nails. Shoes must be worn outside the mat area.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu involves physical contact and carries inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Credence Jiu-Jitsu Academy, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during training. Members are strongly encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage.

Belt promotions are awarded at the sole discretion of academy instructors based on skill, dedication, and character. There is no guaranteed timeline for promotions. Members should not request or demand promotions.

The academy may photograph or video training sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in academy marketing materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify staff in writing.

All techniques, training methods, and materials provided by Credence Jiu-Jitsu Academy remain the intellectual property of the academy. Members may not record, reproduce, or distribute training content without written permission.

The academy reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for violations of these terms, including but not limited to: dangerous behavior, harassment, theft, or conduct that damages the academy's reputation. No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
