MEMBER POLICY

The house rules that keep training safe, fair, and welcoming for every member.

    The Ground Rules

    Training at Credence

These policies keep the mat safe, fair, and welcoming for everyone. By training with us, every member agrees to uphold them. If anything is unclear, our team is always happy to help.

    The Fine Print
    01

    Membership & Billing

Keeping your membership active and your account clear.

    • Memberships are billed per the plan you choose (monthly, package, or daily pass).
    • Payment is due before your membership period begins; access pauses while a payment is outstanding.
    • Please keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your account.
    02

    Attendance & Booking

    Reserving and attending your classes.

    • Book your spot in advance — classes have limited capacity.
    • Cancel at least 4 hours ahead if you can't attend so another member can take the slot.
    • Arrive 10 minutes early to change and warm up; late arrivals may be asked to sit out for safety.
    03

    Mat Etiquette & Conduct

How we treat each other on the mat.

    • Respect all instructors, training partners, and their instruction.
    • Match your intensity to your partner's level and experience.
    • No coaching from the sidelines during another instructor's class.
    04

    Hygiene & Safety

    Protecting everyone who trains here.

    • Wear a clean gi or rashguard, keep nails trimmed, and no shoes on the mat.
    • Cover any cuts and stay home if you're sick or have a contagious skin condition.
    • Tap early and often — and release immediately the moment your partner taps.
    05

    Kids & Guardians

Extra care for our youngest members.

    • A parent or guardian must register and provide consent for members under 16.
    • Guardians are welcome to observe from the designated area.
    • Children should be picked up promptly after class.
    06

    Cancellation & Refunds

Pausing, cancelling, or refunding your membership.

    • Let us know in advance if you need to pause or cancel your membership.
    • Drop-in and daily passes are non-refundable once purchased.
    • Refund eligibility for longer plans follows our refund policy — ask our team for details.
    Agreement

By training with us, you agree to these policies

This member policy works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. We may update it from time to time; the latest version always lives on this page.
