2. Membership Fees

• All membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
• In exceptional circumstances, pro-rated refunds may apply.
• Membership freeze can be requested for valid medical/travel reasons.

3. Refund Process

• Submit your request with transaction details and reason.
• Include supporting documents when applicable.
