2.1 Personal Information: When you register for membership, we collect full name, date of birth, contact information (email, phone, address), emergency contact details, profile photograph, belt rank and training history, and payment information and transaction history. 2.2 Usage Data: We automatically collect class attendance records, booking history, website usage data (pages visited, time spent, browser type), IP address and device information. 2.3 Health Information: With your consent, we may collect medical conditions or injuries relevant to training and physical fitness assessments.

We use your personal information to manage your membership and provide training services, process class bookings and payments, track your training progress and belt promotions, send important notifications about schedule changes or academy updates, improve our services and customer experience, comply with legal obligations, and contact you for emergency purposes if needed.

4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data: We will never sell your personal information to third parties. 4.2 Limited Sharing: We may share your information with instructors and staff as necessary for training purposes, payment processors to facilitate transactions, law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required, and emergency contacts in case of injury or medical emergency. 4.3 Publicly Visible Information: Your name, belt rank, and profile photo may be visible to other members in our system. Competition results and promotions may be shared publicly.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure database storage with access controls, regular security audits and updates, and staff training on data protection practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as you maintain an active membership. Training records are kept for 7 years after membership ends (for belt verification). Payment records are kept for 7 years (for tax and accounting purposes). Account information is kept for 1 year after membership termination.

You have the right to access (request a copy of your personal data), correction (update inaccurate or incomplete information), deletion (request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements), portability (receive your data in a structured format), object (opt out of marketing communications), and withdraw consent (revoke consent for data processing, may affect service delivery).
